Why a price range?

These are planned prices. Pilot dealers help us set the final number by telling us what the time saved and the deals closed are worth.

What does the pilot cost?

We'll agree on it together before you start. Pilot dealers run real projects, give us weekly feedback and get hands-on setup in return.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Build The Quote runs in the browser on an iPad, a laptop or a phone. The iPad is where it shines in the garage.

Can I use my own catalog?

Yes. We load your manufacturer's products and pricing during setup. You can also add your own products and services.

How do customers pay the deposit?

Add your Stripe, Square or QuickBooks payment link in Settings. Customers see a Pay deposit button right after they sign.

Is my pricing private?

Costs, margins, commissions and notes are only visible to your team. Customer views and proposals never show them.
